TB Wood’s Sure-Grip Pulleys are carefully machined from high strength castings and are accurately balanced for true-running, long-lasting performance. In addition to use on regular flat belt pulley drives they are recommended for use as companion pulleys. Sure-Grip Pulleys are carried in stock with both straight and crown faces. When the pulley is being used for V-flat operation the straight face design should be specified. These pulleys are suitable for operation at speeds up to 6500 fpm. For higher speeds special pulleys of ductile iron construction must be used. All stock pulleys have been statically balanced.
